Furniture not shipped when guaranteed, WEEKS OVERDUE, when I notice everyone has already established exactly the same issue.

I bought $8,000.00 value of furniture including the WARRANTY that the salesman, "Dave Bridgewater #025369" @ Grapevine, Texas shop, informed us the guarantee was for that duration of the furniture if SOMETHING went wrong. No guarantee paperwork was handed to us.

Arrive to discover, this can be a complete REST, after calling to obtain support on-the-cheap furniture that has NOT SURVIVED TWO (2) years. Customer support stated they'd e-mail a duplicate of the guarantee THAT WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED.
