Not as Advertised / Poor Craftsmanship

I ordered custom Sectional from Tyme Furniture to suit my livingroom. Before I decided on the fabric I questioned about the fabric strenght, washabilty and MFG craftsmanship. Roger assured me it was a very good quality fabric and manufacturer.

I had one year warranty. Two months after I received my couch, I noticed different types stains? Then, the glue, yes glued area of the couch was coming apart. As far as stains, this is from just sitting on it. I tried washing it but stains do not come out. This fabric is elephant skin is not washable. The seams coming apart, I had to buy crazy clue to glue it. I took pictures, I went to Roger 5 times, 3 out of 5 times he told me he will send someone over, he never did. 4th and 5th time he then told me that he no longer deals with that manufacures and he cannot refund me my money. My couch was not under warranty. He told me to go to the manufacturer myself and ask for a refund? Was he kidding me?

I was so angry and frustrated I gave up until I found out that he lied to me. He is still dealing with that MFG. I paid over $1,300 for a piece of! I know it over a year now but, you I get some help please?
