We acquired our Street 2pc sectional on 4/8/09. On 8/5/09 I emailed Lane Furniture Customer Service to explain the following fabric defect.

The material is coming apart in places throughout along with a pit is promoting in one single region. The thing is the light-brown posts that mix the brownish posts are separating. This leaves small black places since the light-brown line is finished. It's in arbitrary places through the couch and it isnot really apparent, however the pit is noticeable of course if the light-brown line proceeds to split up there'll quickly be openings all around the sofa. She never did, but later another Street repetition did contact and quit me a note.

I delivered the phone call and quit a note which she did not return. I named her again and he or she mentioned she did not understand why she called me. I described everything once again. She subsequently mentioned she was place in the center of this and would need to keep in touch with a repetition to determine how they'd manage this because the sofa was stopped. It has been in regards to a month and that I have not noticed other things from either Street repetition.

It seems that Street may simply provide the customer the work-a-round till they get tired of coping with it and provide up. We searched to get a year before we selected this Street sectional. We believed Street created quality furniture... Perhaps they did previously, however they do not anymore. They do not back their item as well as their customer support is terrible. What great is just a guarantee when they wont recognize it?! Or are they awaiting the entire year to become as much as state "Sorry, your guarantee has expired."?!
