Unstatisfactory Fridge/Freeze

1-Mid-Feb I approached Panorama kitchens of Liverpool requesting to displace the fridgefreezer in my own home that they have mounted 4 years back, once we required a bigger fridge, I've required a frost-free fridge.

2-the organization submitted an email showing 3 various kinds of refrigerator/freezer and also have just provided me using the data connected.

3-Initially I've mentioned using the organization Design: AG91850-4I (Frost-Free), subsequently as there is no fridge area I shifted to Design: SK91840-5I after I've been reassured within the phone that auto-defrost may be the just like ice free.

4-I've compensated ahead of time £ 830.15 for that refrigerator/freezer and £ 140 for installation.

5-On 25/03 the refrigerator/freezer was mounted and three hours later it had been obvious the there's snow all over the place within the fridge and also the individual who mounted the fridge freezer suggested to my spouse this isn't frost-free.

6-I've instantly advised the organization and described the issue by phone and by email (see below) on a single time.

7-to date, the organization WOn't problem reimbursement or substitute this unstatsfactory item.
