Horrible construction and cheap materials make this store a rip off

We purchased a “Ciera” sofa from Bob’s Discount Furniture. Within 4 mos the body was distorted. Not only a small, but all-out of setback. Terrible building and inexpensive supplies get this to shop a rip-off! Truly, this bit of crap makes Ikea seem like Ethan Allen. Simply terrible material. Please someone from Bob’s monitor me along and provide me my money-back! It’s barely saving cash when the product doesn't actually last twelve months. He's some determination arriving on T.V. And stating nobody could defeat him…that’s since nobody else is promoting furniture angry out-of papermache. Simply crazy.
