I requested my furniture in the shop in Poughkeepsie. It had been shipped today. While it came the shipping person found the doorway and appeared in and stated "oh it's not going to match." I've had bigger furniture provide and there is never an issue. He wasn't actually prepared to attempt. He explained he'd generate small items and abandon the couch exterior and that I could easily get another person to maneuver it in. I told them to go back. I visited the shop to obtain a reimbursement and also the store-manager created no work to create things right. I had been so upset.
