Unsolved issue with bedroom set

I purchased a bedroom set from Dom Mebeli located at 2443 Coney Is Ave in Brooklyn, NY 11223 on 2/19/10.

Wardrobe was delivered completely empty, not as was shown to me in the store at the time of purchase.
There were scratches on the mirror and hanging rod. There were also scratches on the dresser as well as pieces chiped right on top.

I was in contact with the owner of Dom Mebeli and nothing was done. He was very rude and unprofessional.

I finally contacted the manufacturer in Italy and was able to resolve some of the issues with the Wardrobe. They gave me drawer unit.

I decided to contact the ESF furniture (USA distributor and also the owners of the store that I made purchase from). I spoke to Dimitry (one of the owners) and he promised to send a specialist to fix those scratches and replace hanging rod when it will be available.

Instead of sending a furniture specialist he send a delivery driver.
By trying to fix it, he made it look even worse and more visible. And of course no hanging rod ever arrived.

I'm extremely upset on this entire situation. I purchased Italian bedroom set and cannot enjoy it.
