I've to express I'm truly unhappy. On 5/5 I placed an order for a 5PC pub dinette set and the Barcelona queen bedroom package. I had been recommended the bureau & reflection part wouldn't be accessible till 6/17 & organized for shipping of the bureau and reflection on 6/18.

After researching my bill several times I realized that the shipping of the things wasn't divided on the bill which had me type of anxious consequently on 5/11 I named the shop to verify the dinette set & the mattress were being shipped on 6/2 and also the bureau and reflection on 6/18.in those days I had been recommended the shipping was planned nevertheless the mattressis footboard wouldn't be accessible until 7/8 and could be shipped on that evening and also the bed construction might happen on that evening aswell.

I indicated my problem towards the individual about the telephone questioning why the footboard wouldn't be accessible until that evening because it appears peculiar that just that area of the mattress would not prepare yourself. I indicated further problem and didn't experience it was managed properly since Number 1-no body named me to recommend me of the Number 2-I'd not need recognized this had I not named to verify that my shipping purchase was proper Number 3-my spouse and that I need to delay per month along with a week before we've a mattress, however I'm finding billed instantly for it Number 4-The shipping of the footboard and construction of the bed was planned for 7/8 without visiting me which may have now been required and so I might make preparations at the office because this does slip on the week/workday # 5-I had been provided no additional options.

I find this really troubling as all of the individual about the telephone can offer was an apology for my trouble. Somehow, this simply does not appear to be enough. I did so make an effort to publish my criticism/problem to corporate via the vcf.com site but was halted by an "mistake has occurred" concept every time I attempted with no indicator of exactly what the mistake is. Therefore it appears that I'm left to stew because the shop wont do something, there's or corporate telephone number on the webpage, and also the site retains offering mean error after I attempt to get help.
