3 sets of pillows and 2 chaisse lounges in 7 months

I bought a sectional couch with chaisse lounge. About 45 days after I acquired it the pillows about the chaisse lounge collapsed. I named Areas Togo plus they agreed to substitute the pillows and that I approved. About 2 weeks later the same occurred. I named RTG again which period informed them used to donot need the couch. They again agreed to substitute the pillows and offered no additional options, and so I approved again. About a few months later THE SAME HAPPENED AGAIN! This time around they agreed to substitute the whole chaisse lounge. I believed this works, and so I approved. Which was in early April. It's currently middle/late May and also the pillows are AGAIN collapsed. I named RTG AGAIN and was informed to visit the shop and observe what I really could discover. I went, and noticed nothing... But why might I'd like anything from there when this is actually the quality they're transporting! At this time the one thing I'd like is my cash back plus they might have the couch back. I am a 22-year pupil and I cannot afford to simply toss that cash away!!! Although in the shop, the salesman, Eddie, explained to make contact with customer support plus they may provide me the reimbursement since I have've had this type of dilemma... He'd heard about it occurring before with clients having this several issues. I approached customer support and talked with Emerald who explained that I'd need to consult with the store-manager, Gregory, and he might approve the reimbursement. I subsequently RETURNED towards the shop to consult with the supervisor simply to discover that there's no supervisor called Gregory... His name is Bobby. Bobby was fast to inform me that just customer support might approve the reimbursement. Training??? Do not purchase furniture from bedrooms togo and when you do do not purchase the cindy crawford point because you can"t enter touch with anyone from there!!!
