Sectional cushions

We bought a sectional produced by stratolounger from j-c penneys in september. Withing 8 weeks all pillows were going, particularly the main one about the couch part. Named penney's and was known another quantity. Long story short, it got over two 5 weeks to obtain the replacement pillows in and also the one about the couch aspect and also the far-right part is going again. The substitutes have just been on about 4 weeks and am today informed by j-c penney that since it hasbeen over annually because we bought the sectional it's no further under warranty.

We were informed that it generally does not matter the new pillows have just been on the small amount of time. Each goes from the day of unique purchase.

We've a lemon law within the state-of Mo and experience this qualifies.

We'd prefer to have replacement pillows but am to the stage of seeking our money-back as this isn't the caliber of furniture we anticipated from the well-known manufacturer and shop.

Any ideas regarding exactly how we could possibly get this fixed.
