I purchased a home which was renovated ten years before with Kraftmaid kitchen units. These were good except this 1 of the door handles broke 6 months before. Forget likely to their site to get a alternative! You've to visit a seller and you will find none regional in WV! Those I've discovered can't appear to get a solution from Kraftmaid! And so I possess a doorway hanging with a simple joint!!! Happening 6 months today - I'll NEVER consider their units in virtually any potential constuction!

I am aware they're going right through some corporate reorganization and moving practices however they appear to have forgoten about CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Pitiful.
