Worst company I have ever dealt with

I've been awaiting my livingroom furniture for 8 weeks. This is actually the worst organization I've actually handled. First they provide the incorrect furniture and attempt to blame me for that error. They don't call-back or attempt to solve the problem.

I've spoken to Avi (store-manager???) many times and he provides me the run-around or they claim he's not there and certainly will call-back (NEVER). I've eventually obtained this into my very own fingers and named Europe (the distributer) and discovered nowadays that my furniture continues to be in the shop for some time. Avi said he cant consider it whilst the distributer is on holiday.

I dont understand how I talked for them fifteen minutes later when they were on holiday?! He lied in my experience about the telephone he simply doesnt care easily get my furniture as he currently has all of the cash for this and also the furniture also. I'd prefer to understand who who owns the organization is, they cannot need their company operate in this way. They don't remain in company long when they do.
