The worst possible service ever!

I purchased a $2300 theatre sectional annually plus some weeks ago. Within a few weeks my sectional had a breakdown. However under guarantee i named hanks and had a part ordered. I purchased my sectional in september. Here we're in goal of 2011 and im still fighting Hanks good furniture for just one measly component. Im constantly informed "we will contact you back", but im usually the main one to contact them back. After which i browse the remark from ol' brooke. WOW! Hanks im likely to discover if perhaps there's an organization suit that people foolish a*&% may document.
