Furniture doesn't match/threads coming out

Furniture was sent at night. Each morning we're able to begin to see the sofa and seat didn't fit. We named that day to see them. They WOn't substitute either item to complement. Subsequently 8 weeks after we employed the furniture, the sewing arrived about the sofa at the end. Just two aged people utilize it—us! They've accomplished nothing to correct the issue since we 'closed' the document when it had been shipped. Since it was night, we could not begin to see the distinction till the lighting arrived within the space each morning also it was apparent.
