Paid for furniture 4 weeks ago & never received it

On Black Friday, my family and I headed to Ashley Furniture located in Secaucus, NJ. We purchased a whole living room set [love seat, recliner, sofa, and three tables]. Our first delivery came the following week and everything arrived in a color we did not purchase. All the furniture was refused and taken back and a representative let us know that our furniture in the right color would be able in one more week. Second week after Black Friday our furniture came and the sofa cushion was slashed. Once again we refused the delivery and asked for intact furniture. They promised our shipment before Christmas Eve, it is now December 29th and our sofa is no where to be delivered. Every time we call to find out the status, a representative always claims that there were system errors and all the scheduled deliveries were either deleted or that we were never scheduled for a delivery.
