I bought a leather sofa, daybed and seat from Macy, s in 2007. Macy's inspired us to get a reasonably costly Fear no further safety strategy ($750.). 2-23 I submitted a state since my boy, his partner, her puppy and another buddy found our home for spring break. I informed them the sofa and dat mattress have been damaged badly. I was informed that my plan didnot protect puppy scratches. I named my spouse to inform him and he advised me that people have no idea without a doubt what triggered the holes since we truly didnot view it. I called the company. And told them the problem, nicely we can not protect that since the owner documented the state as puppy damaged. I described the situation but got understand where. Iasked to talk to Corp. Head-quarters. After being on-hold for 10 mins. I had been disconnected. Macy, s ought to be ashamed of themselves. They drive one to purchase the plan understanding full well the organization doesn't wish to protect any state Macys has already established numerous issues about that company. But still they drive customers to purchase the program I smell a FRAUD. I really hope others may study this before purchasing something in a MACYS shop. Shame in it!
