While we paid a very reasonable price for. Leather sofa and chair, as soon as we had a problem and tried to use the purchased protects plan the problems began. Customer service never calls back, the protection plan company isnot accountable to the store that sold the plan and you will have absolutely no say in the solution. After 6 weeks of endless calls, emails, and letters only involving the state attorney generals office got a response and even then Ashley and the protection plan company were not talking. The end result, I will get a new sofa but the money I spent o. A 5 year protection plan is lost and the couch is 10 months old
