Bad Experience

Furniture & Equipment

I went to the Target store in La Crosse WI. I went into the apparel section to look at clothing. I wanted to try some items on. So I went to the changing rooms. The girl at the desk was deep in conversation with a male co-worker. She did not acknowledge me at all. Even though I had just walked into the men's changing room. Because the changing rooms are not marked at all which is which. The only reason I realized it was men's is because there was a man in there. I went to the other changing room. The door's were falling off the hinge, they didn't lock and there were clothes everywhere. It was so trashy. I tried on my item, then left. The girl at the desk was still engaged in conversation with her male co-worker. I could hear their conversation, and he said he was on a break, but she wasn't. The store was also a mess. It was the middle of the day, and they were stocking shelves, so there were boxes everywhere. What store shocks shelves during peak busy time? I was there from 11:30am and checked out at 12:30pm. It was a Monday. I came home and emailed the company, and got just a generic sounding email back about how it will never happen again.
