Denied Warranty coverage

Purchased a $4000 couch sectional, bought teh $278 guarantee as an idiot. Observed some black-line scars about the couch following a year of possession. Positioned the phone call to get a state and informed them "I don't understand what the spot is however it appears like right lines, perhaps a pencil level." They refused the guarantee since I couldnt determine the reason for the spot! Shouldve just told them pencil markings. Exactly what a fraud! Don't buy this phony guarantee of course if you did request a return.
