Poor service!

I named them to tell them my 3-year old boy published on our leather couch with pencil. I submitted the state 24 hours later. They delivered a technology out 3 months later. I named to discover the things they might do because the technology couldn't escape the spot. He explained the pencil lay too much time. They refused the state. They explained the technology stated it had been permanent marker. Bs. I'm presently composing an answer to that refusal.
