What happened in my experience?

1. I put my order and after 20 times, no body offers me something concerning the standing of my purchase.

2. I named to confirm my purchase plus they subsequently stated they've no products in-stock. I've to alter to another thing or delay another couple of months. I had been operating out-of period and so I needed to opt for the things they have.

3. Once the seats were delivered, the organization sent another design after which stated it had been an "update" — nothing beats the seat I needed. I then found out once the purchase came 1 week later.

4. I talked with customer support division plus they didn't care at-all exactly what the details were. I attempted to request alternative with present to pay for additional delivery on my component however they did not care.

They'd no-interest in getting back the seats used to do not need, that they delivered like a "replacement" without telling or requesting me if it had been ok.

5. They attempted to market more product and inform me that they'll do-nothing using the incorrect product I Have got. Ostensibly stating they declined to consider any return.

Factor to understand!

1. They're several bucks cheaper but when they usually deliver the incorrect product, it's not going to be of any use for the task. The merchandise is poorly-made from China.

2. They do not provide you with any info — pulling out your contract, that makes it very difficult to stop and purchase from elsewhere.

3. When you have lots of spare time - try them:)
