Very disappointed. Our initial purchase was to get a handful of bathtub taps in brushed nickel finish. I taken care of 2-day delivery for the product but nevertheless first got it in 4 times. Which was okay because it didn't wait my task a lot of. Nevertheless when I acquired the taps these were within the chrome finish. Establishing an order for alternative and first time delivery and free return of the wrong items were simple.
However, it's been 3 times because the "Following Day" delivery purchase must have delivered out and also the order standing nevertheless claims "Running at factory". I named the client support table and was informed that because we were holding not filled (interestingly enough, after I put the order, I had been informed that they'd plenty "in stock"), they'd need to contact the maker and might provide me a call-back using the standing of the order. No data for over each day. It has triggered an additional delay in my own task and that I simply visited my local Lowes and purchased what I needed. I settled a tad too much for it however itis much better than awaiting a phantom cargo from Faucetdirect.com.
For their credit, among the products on my initial purchase delivered properly and promptly and I am happy with that.
