Mattress set - Sealy mattress Heathrow

I had e-mailed a negative about Levin in a previous e-mail. I had bought a mattress set in 2002 and since then they have had to replace the mattress three time, this will be the fourth. Levin gave me a 20 yr. Warranty and Sealy a 10 yr warranty. I was told by both that I would have to pay a money difference this time for the replacement. Well, I felt for all of this inconvenience I should not have to pay anything since the set has a warranty. Well, they discontinued the name of the set I had to that is why they told me I had to pay a money difference. When I went up to Levins store and met with the manager he was very understanding. I did not pay any money difference and he feld for all the inconvenience for the fourth time he upgraded my mattress set for no money difference. The manager was VERY helpful. I want to take the negative opinion I had of Levin and tell everyone that if they are looking to by furniture go to Levin.
