Target
Intrusive co policy - canned air/wine

Furniture & Equipment

I went to Target today to buy some "canned air" to clean my keyboard. As I checked out, the cashier asked for my drivers license. I asked why, was told she had to scan it to keep the "canned air" from being misused. I had already had this experience at the same Target over buying wine. The cashier asked for my drivers license and scanned it without telling/asking me. The cashier for the wine said she had to and didn't know where the info went - "probably nowhere". The cashier today said the same. The cashier today said it was a "state law" to scan ID. Wrong. Target evidently has no control over its cashiers. Its easier to invade my privacy than to train their people. Today was giving Target "one more chance". No more chances.
