We obtained a brand new sofa from HOM Furniture on April 14. It's an electrical reclining couch. Nowadays (5/6) the left side malfunctioned. I named customer support for HOM, plus they have explained they're not able to possess a technology emerge and appear at it until 5/15. What type of customer support is the fact that? I actually donot expect someone in the future out 24 hours later, but truly 9 times till somebody may view it? It'd be so poor, however the energy couch is caught out in a significantly available position, and that Iam unable to place the sofa back to an upright position. My partner and that I have been in the marketplace to get a new Master Suite collection. I will assure that people won't be buying it from HOM!
