Terrible customer service and disrespect for the custome

I recently set $800 along on the 65" HDTV and bought a mean $300 money from Arronis Lease-to-own. The shipping period was planned between 4-7pm. The shipping men eventually turned up right at 7 that was good, nevertheless when they unloaded the vehicle, they just introduced it (that was broken). They did not provide it remote or even the stay that I bought! After stating they could be straight back using the items which they forgot, they did not actually appear at-all!!! No phonecall or something to let's understand what was happening. They left us having a beast Television resting within our home!!! Totally unprofessional and obviously I'll not be using the services of Arronis again.
