Bad delivery service

I put up shipping with Unishippers for an 8am shipping to CO. The vehicle was planned to get 2 times before therefore the driver might make it promptly. After I put up the cargo I had been clear concerning the 8am shipping! Your day before shipping I obtained a phone from the Unishippers stating that it had been "difficult" to provide @ 8 and also the vehicle would not appear until 2pm. I told them there will be a back cost. Therefore the following day comes and my crew-member out in the work site gets a phone the driver went out-of gas 10 kilometers in the job-site. Our man and OUR CLIENT needed to proceed and discover him gas. From the period he eventually came it had been 6pm. I'll never use unishippers again!!
