Horrible customer service

I'm happy using the quality my new Bassett furniture. I had been just somewhat discouraged when an upholstered seat was damaged during transportation so when my dining area desk and seats were obtained incorrectly. What angered me probably the most was the terrible customer support I acquired afterwards. The salesperson would not contact me back after which stated she attempted but did not achieve my voicemail. Did not have the minds to contact me and inform me that my alternative furniture was requested. I'd to discover that by myself. When I eventually got ahold of my salesperson I described how disappointed I had been and desired a partial reimbursement for my problems, she guaranteed to contact me in half an hour and not called me again. I am currently coping with corporate customer support.
