TOTAL GARBAGE - - buyer beware! The furniture order shipped 3 different times and each time the furniture was DEFECTIVE! Save yourself the headache, and don't buy from either one of these companies!

The customer service is horrible, no one takes responsibility for the defective furniture. We ordered the TWILIGHT COLLECTION from Mattress Cowboys and 3 shipments later and 2 mos later still do not have our issues resolved!

VAUGHN-BASSETT does not stand behind there warranty so save yourself the HEADACHE, go to someone else! We thought buying American, would be good for us, MAN were we wrong! Buy american and you get garbage! Invest in quality furniture that will last much longer!
