Shoddy merchandise reshipped to me

I've requested from Brylane formerly and been pleased with my product. I requested their small home cart to get a great cost (though I believed the delivery was only a little expensive). I had been amazed when it came in a beaten up, recorded-up package. It had been significantly worse after I popped the box - the cart items were simply tossed within the box freely - no presentation of any sort - using the screws and products moving around within the base of the container. The items were filthy and bent as well as in the container was the Return-Receipt in the last individual it'd been delivered to!!! Evidently all-they did when she delivered it had been place a tag with my title about the container and deliver it out! Obviously I chose to return it - and reduced and see, it's likely to charge me cash to deliver it by UPS along with a delivery cost that'll be taken from my reimbursement. I'm completely embarrassed with this specific organization and need to alert everybody to not purchase something from their store! I held the Return-Receipt in the prior "operator" as evidence.
