I sent emails to Mr. Pruitt, who owns all eight LA Z BOY within the bay region, on 1/17,12/06,12/10. I discussed the two reclining massage seats I bought didn't possess the rubbing energy of these seats I examined in the shop. I described this within an e-mail I delivered to Ms. Rodriguez on 10/25/04. Them both declined to displace the weakly rubbing seats with types conforming towards the types I examined in the shop or even to provide me back my complete refund. Both seats have stained inside a month or two.
