I've bought many furniture pieces from RC Willey in Reno Nevada. I'm really dissatisfied after talking to their customer support consultant regarding problems I am having with my mattress and my couch seats.

After having my mattress for only 24 months, the primary assistance, side-board, has divided creating my sleep to fall. The mattress hasn't been abused or transferred and that I just fat 200 lbs. Today I've textbooks loaded underneath the mattress to aid it and so I possess a spot to rest. Additionally my reclining seats are experiencing problems because they possess a "clunking" sensation when I rock and also the rotates feel just like they're free.

Their consultant and his boss recommended I spend to truly have the furniture examined.
