Sagging mattress

The Simmons Palm Cove King bed I obtained on 11-15-09 is loose on both factors; I've spun the bed as directed; I'm the only real person, consider just 125 lbs. After I turn it the loose attributes aren't any longer time for a strong area. I paid $840 for this bed and am really disappointed using the proven fact that it's no more practical. Aftermath with back-ache from no assistance. What option do I've?
