Inferior products, bad customer service

We purchased two curio cabinets in Sept from Mor, we were disappointed using the quality since the moment we exposed the very first container. The cupboard appeared terrible, the finnish was coming down, the thighs beginning taking aside. Before we opened the 2nd container we named Mor and got the regal run-around as no body appeared to be worried about the truth that we were disappointed using the quality of the cupboard or even the proven fact that the units were faulty, actually I used to be informed it was my issue not theirs, when you obtain it you possess it, they actually stated that they'd not get back the one which hadnot been exposed, since " It was used today since the container had experienced our home.

Well I packed them both in my vehicle and introduced them back again to Mor and after receiving jerked around for around one hour 5, ultimately got informed that I had been caught using the one which I'd not exposed, however they might substitute the one which was poor.

Well it's been nearly 3 months since that evening and all I've to exhibit for this is simply clear claims, each time I contact I obtain a diverse justification for why I'venot obtained my other cupboard however. I really hope others may study this and never be silly like me and purchase furniture at Mor.
