Do not buy from them

After viewing advertisements for Rest Outfitters we chose to buy 2 beds in one of the shops 4 weeks before... We've attempted for 30 days to obtain anyone to come examine our bed. Successfully it's greater about the right-hand part compared to center and sometimes even another area. It didn't rest nicely and we folded towards the center. It's awfully unpleasant. Lastly a guy found "examine" & gauge the bed. He was the "shipping man" that had really shipped our bed within the first place. I obtained a phone today in the customer support guy, he explained our bed was only one inch off... It'd to become 1 1/2 ins off prior to the guarantee might protect it. He wasn't prepared at-all to try and make me content like a client. I had been actually prepared to provide them with my company again and purchase a Tempurpedic from their store when they might go back. They'll NOT back-up the caliber of their item, or do they promote quality merchandise. THEY DON'T stay behind it. Don't buy from their website!!!
