I posted a purchase online with this specific organization situated in Corona, California. They charged my charge card instantly but I noticed nothing from their website. 1 week later, I asked concerning the delivery day, to become informed the home area that I'd requested was on back-order and wouldn't be delivered for over per month. I required by mail and phone that our purchase be terminated which the cost on my card be corrected. I had been guaranteed that will occur in 4-to 5 business days. It's now been 12 times, but still no credit continues to be obtained. I've attempted to get hold of them by e-mail, that they don't answer, and by phone. I had been hung-up on the moment I mentioned my name. After I delivered the phone call, I had been set immediately on-hold, without actually speaking with anybody. They, obvisouly, use owner I.D. To speak with just whom they would like to speak with. I can't think this location is permitted to perform company in this way. I plan to proceed to reveal their illegitimate organization methods to everybody I will. Don't give e-commerce your creditcardnumber! They'll abuse it!!
