I requested a focus on 6/22/07. Our charge card was charged immediately. They stated it'd consider about fourteen days for shipping. While time past, I began to contact. I received excuse after justification. Lastly on 8/01/07 I had been informed the item was seriously harmed in delivery. They questioned basically needed a different one to become delivered, or perhaps a complete refund. I sent to ask just how long it'd consider. Used to donot get a solution. Therefore on 8/3/07 I cancelled the order and requested my money be refunded.

They sent me exactly the same evening and stated my purchase was terminated plus they might matter a complete refund within 5-6 business days. Up to now I've NEVER gotten the reimbursement. I named numerous occasions, simply to get a concept device, or perhaps a complete mail-box. Never received any return emails both. The corporation has cut me off. And from what I will tell today, it's completed this TO MANY people. This will not be let to take!!! Meanwhile, I came across exactly the same product from the Trustworthy Furniture Organization (Household Furniture Mart) and obtained it within fourteen days!!! I'm currently arguing Appeal Furniture costs with my Credit organization. I've all of the proof through emails of the fraudulent activity. I really hope Credit may change the costs!!! Just how can we quit the corporation?
