The Dump
All around bad experience

We bought a double bed and box-spring In The Dump on 11/14. Taken care of them, examined to ensure these were in-stock and planned shipping for 11/21. Whenever we hadn't noticed from their store by 4 PM, I named to determine where the shipping was. Customer support explained the matress was on back-order and wouldn't be shipped until after 11/25. A short while later, the shipping team turned up with just the field rises! Big issue! We'd previously discarded our previous bed. Whenever we visited the shop to request a reimbursement, we were requested to depart or they'd contact law enforcement. Everybody was really rude and we got NO fulfillment. Pursuing our visit, we created many telephones calls for their customer support deptartment and were ultimately informed they'd return our $1750.00 in 7-10 times, minus restocking and shipping costs and undoubtedly we'd to come back the box springs. We were informed about them by another key store, they certainly utilized Bait-and-Switch or sent sub par supplies but did not think it. Well, today we do! We shall consider them to municipal courtroom with no question gain but EXACTLY WHAT A TROUBLE. Please, if you like quality and great customer care, do not visit The Dump, the title suits...
