I would give them 0 Stars if it were an option. Dump = Dump!

They are a total rip off!

They use every dirty trick in the book. Bait & switch.

My mother bought a mattress & upon delivery called and said this is NOT the model I purchased. One year later we are still fighting with them. They would never send a manufacturer's rep to look at a mattress that is clearly defective/substandard. We had it looked at by other experts who deemed it defective.
