Damaged item, slow refund

We bought a sofabed from Costco.com. It came after 30 days but was broken. I quickly called them to possess it delivered and my money returned. It got them 3 months to possess it acquired and that I needed to contact them often to do this easy return. It's currently getting significantly more than week to truly have the cash paid back again to my bank card despite the fact that I had been informed it'd be expedited.
