Simply terrible

Requested a good walnut table and corresponding seats from their site "solidoakwarehouse.co.uk". Had issues with shipping, using the desk which had breaks inside it with the seats (not related). I insisted on returning all of the products for them and required a complete reimbursement that they stated was not a problem. It was nearly 3 months before. We contact everyday to become informed there's nobody that may cope with our state, all of the administration and accountants have been in Cina which there's no quick return day.
