Horrible customer service

Customer support is TERRIBLE! After purchasing two chairs for the organization along with a month of not getting the seats, I attempted to make contact with customer support many times. After I eventually got through, they stated they'd call-back and not did. Named again several times using the same guarantees of returning my phone. After contacting them, they ultimately "ripped up the data" and needed to re order. Required another 20 times to obtain the seats. After fourteen days of with them, one began breaking up the body. Named again to get an RA amount to deliver them back.By this time around the "one month return policy" was no-good within their repository (that was useless before I actually obtained the seats... Lol). After many calls and also the support representatives stating they'd call-back, I eventually named them-and "served more company" using the support representative. She set me on-hold for half an hour after which requested for me personally to deliver images of the broken seat. Delivered them-and waited another fourteen days. Could not go anymore, I requested to get a supervisor. Following a few MORE occasions of this need no longer working, I eventually got to one. She was excellent and served like she would accomplish things immediately. Required another fourteen days and named her back. However nothing. Another week handed... Simply spoke to her again today. She is "attempting" to have ahold of the organization which makes the seat. PLEEEASE! A great organization, in the end this, must simply provide me a return slide and cope with it on the time. The corporation is TERRIBLE!!! I'd just suggest this to an adversary. Lol I still have yet to obtain our money-back for that inexpensive seats
