I bought a sofa and loveseat in August. It had been shipped August 14. We instantly found some harm to the loveseat because of the shipping individuals. We allow Couch Mart learn about it. We've gotten the run-around since. We were informed the supervisor might try to look for alternative cushions for that broken loveseat, then we were informed she could not find alternative pillows, and we would need to reselect. Whenever we could not find another thing we preferred, we again were informed she'd consider replacement pads. Blah, blah, blah. Here we're per month later, but still possess a broken loveseat. My partner set a phone in to the supervisor at Couch Mart, Foot. David, said to be a guy, he'd exactly the same fool we've been coping with phone people and state she's considering new pillows. I can not actually obtain a diverse supervisor to assist us. I'm so disappointed I can not see directly.
