Broken Frame on $2500 Leather Sofa

I purchased a Natuzzi® 'Catania two' Couch simply more than 2 years back in Toronto, Ontario. To the shock, one aspect of the couch lately dropped in (down). To the sustained shock, once the couch was switched to observe what harm was completed and what might be completed to correct it, beneath the support wasn't "manufactured structures' produced from western hardwoods" as Sears promoted but trusted old fashioned particle-board!!! I can't think I had been informed this couch had a wood body. Sears Canada isn't accountable for the couch since I have shifted towards the US. The 10-year guarantee on components is Natuzziis obligation according to Sears Customer Support. Sadly, Natuzzi claims it's Sears obligation. Today I'm caught having a very costly damaged couch, and two companies who might care less.
