Blackballed

I bought a bookcase from National Furniture Factory at I 25 & Filmore in Colorado Springs and thought it arrived in a container and might need some construction. While it came, it had been completely constructed and that I stated I really couldnot match it in my own truck. They proceeded to jam it in sideways while I had been speaking with the delivery clerk. No note was created that I really could contain it shipped.

After I got it house, I'd substantial trouble setting it up from the truck or more the trip of steps to my workplace. I am 68 and reside at 7000 feet. After I unwrapped it, I came across a sizable broken region within the back of the paneling which most of the openings for that flexible racks hadn't been drilled. I named AFW many times to no avail except me obtaining the device in my truck and getting it back again to AFW.

Ultimately the customer support worker stated my assets were at a finish when I have been "black balled" by AFW due to our many grievances. It created that many years before my spouse requested for absent ledge helps to become shipped to her. They never were, I came across some additional types in another bookcase. But AFW listed us as persistent complainers and today "we're not pleasant to look there".
