Will not return my refund

I requested a breakfast space from homedecorators.com, I had been unsatisfied with-it and delivered it to get a certain 100% client satisfaction or complete refund. They obtained my return and therefore are informing me it returned broken, which obviously is just a rest, and certainly will not return my cash, homedecorators.com is just a deceptive site and company, steer clear!!!
