Took money for 5yr tv warranty - no service!

Purchased 52" Mitsubishi Television 01/10; need support from 5-year guarantee I bought with Television. Warranry service is nowhere found & very dissatisfied with insufficient customer service abilities. New supervisor of two times stated she will discover! Doubt it since no one might reveal shipping day of high-dollar items obtained. Relative bought $1200 furniture - prepaid; NOTHING - no cash delivered, no furniture - not really a to complete something!!! How can ashley furniture authorities rest during the night being so shady with hard-working outdated people!!!
