Terrible experience

We bought a brand new grill in March of 08. Nervous to obtain in certain cooking period prior to the ideal flies, we arrived home and began to place it together simply to realize that the four primary products of the grill linking the most effective towards the base were lacking. We approached Certain Temperature MFG immediately and were guaranteed the components could be out in five times. NOT! Named three more occasions, and noticed how sorry these were concerning the 'mix-up' and also the components were within the email. Up to now, 3/14/09 we've obtained PRACTICALLY NOTHING out of this organization. Each time we contact they're 'sorry'. I've a grill that I can't use AND TODAY can't return towards the shop since its been far too really miss us to obtain our cash back.

DoN't buy these grills as though you've lost components YOU ARE BY YOURSELF! The final moment we named, that was many weeks before we were informed they might deliver us some additional presents because they decreased the basketball... Evidently these have been in exactly the same bundle whilst the PRODUCTS we require are and that I doubt they'll ACTUALLY appear.
