I bought 2 couches along with a total room collection on Dec 15,08. It came December 19 and that I was on the ground about the 26 of Dec. The rails & footboard totally smashed. After I named they stated they'd deliver some1 out yes per week later and it was simply to examine it. It had been faulty and thus was the bureau. So that they reordered it also it was to reach on Jan 10. I obtained a phone to convey the room collection these were delivering was also faulty. (Exactly What A laugh). And so I named to inform them to get anything, I actually donot need some of it. 1st they needed me to maintain it by providing me a $50 credit to utilize within the shop, then $100 credit as well as for them 2 try in delivering the shipping the Next period. Uh NO!!! So that they found get the furnishings on January 24,09, and mentioned that after it gets to the factory my cc could be attributed back within 3-5 business days. Well you know what I am still awaiting the credit.
