The material on my lazy-boy is pilling. I had been informed by their customer support this is 'regular' plus they wouldn't look after any servcie. I can't think that a $650 seat is okay to tablet! Their guarantee is ridiculous!!! I can not think that in these financial instances, the amount of support is really BAD
Somebody must evaluate LazyBoy grievances and begin a boycott!!!
